Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made for "John McCullough, Wines & Liquors, 127 Liberty St., Pitts., PA" 
 
This jug was made for McCullough in Southwestern Pennsylvania about 1880.
 
This beauty features a Warm Gray Color with Five Lines of Stenciled Pittsburgh History.  The stenciling is large and complete.  Stands 10 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some scattered light staining and some faint surface lines left of the stencil (closeup).  That's it!  No spout or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
