Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 6 Quart Stoneware Crock from the Northeastern USA
 
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Small Size with an Elaborate Pine Bough Decoration.  The bough is made with numerous strokes of a slip cup using bright cobalt.  Measures 8" tall and 9" wide across the top.
 
Good Condition.  A minor 1/8" nibble inside the rim, a 2 1/2" vertical hairline on the back bottom that wraps under 2", and scattered staining.   Looks like a y-shaped line on the underside, but nothing visible inside.  No outer rim or base chips or restoration.
