Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 1/2 Gallon Stoneware Jar from Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Dating around 1860, this beauty features a Tall and Cylindrical Form with Carefully Tooled Rim and a Double Clover Floral on Each Side.  Each floral has 10 leaves and 2 blossoms with 3 petals each.  Rich and shiny cobalt was used throughout the decoration.  Stands 11 3/4" tall.  
 
Excellent Condition.  A  1/1/4" chip on the rim on one side.  That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Some vertical scratches on one side in the making.
