Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Spongeware Stoneware Bowl.
Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features a Semi-Squared Rim, Canted Sides, Tall Footer, and Careful Sponged Decoration. Three center stripes are framed by a border of loops at the top and bottom. All the cobalt is rich and shiny. Measures 4 1/4" tall and 9" wide across the top.
Excellent Condition. Minor interior wear. No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
