Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Whites of Utica Stoneware Mug with Fox Hunt Scene.
 
It was made by the Whites Pottery of Utica, New York between 1890 and 1907 when they made their fantastic molded stoneware,
 
This beauty features Fancy Top and Bottom Trim that Frame a Fox Hunt Scene Around the Middle.  Moving from left to right there are 7 men on horseback following 6 dogs-- all running after a tiny fox in the far right by the handle.  All the scene is illustrated with country scenery in the background.  All the decoration is incised and filled with cobalt.  Stands 5 1/4" tall.   
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  
 
I have a small size of this mug at the time of this listing.  That mug has the hunters getting organized for the hunt.
