Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Table Pitcher made by Whites of Utica featuring a Deer Hunt.

Made about 1900, this beauty features Two Hunters with their Trophy Deer on One Side and Two Deer in the Meadow on the Other. Detailed trees and grass provide the background. The handle looks like a tree limb and a small deer head resides under the spout to tie the decoration together.  A German phrase is inscribed at the top on both sides.  Exceptionally crisp details and cobalt blue shading.

This is the smallest, more uncommon of the three sizes, measuring only 6" tall at the spout.

Exceptional Condition. As made.  No damage of any kind.
