Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Pair of Classic Works on Bennington Pottery by John Spargo.
 
One is his The Potters and Potteries of Bennington (Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1926).  It was limited to 800 copies of which this is copy 473. There are 269 pages of discussion and 44 plates at the end.  
 
Good Condition.  Shelf wear to the top and bottom of the cover, and the corners of the cover are bent and worn.  Private book plate a pencil notation inside the cover.  Some minor soiling on the cover.  Pages are clean.
 
The second work is his The A.B C. of Bennington Pottery Wares: A Manual for Collectors and Dealers Illustrated from Photographs.  New and Revised Edition. Bennington: Bennington Historical Museum, 1948.  38 Pages. 
 
Good Condition.  Some bending at the spine near the top, two sticker marks on the cover, and some wear to the corners.  Clean pages.
