Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Jar made by "T. F. Reppert, Greensboro, Pa." 
 
Thomas Reppert made pottery solo in Greensboro from 1884-1890 and capitalized on the fame of his predecessor, James Hamilton (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 157-159).  
 
This beauty features aa Tooled Rim and Shoulder with Inner Ledge for a Lid, the Company Advertising Framing a Sideways Tulip and Accented with Leaves on the Corners.  Crisp and complete stenciling.  Stands 9 3/4" tall.
