Coning to you from Doc's Crocks is this Rare 1 Gallon Jug made and Stamped by "Halm & VanKleeck, Bath, N.Y."  
 
The  makers are Daniel VanKleeck (formerly of Albany) and an Unknown Partner named Halm who ran the pottery in Bath, NY around 1862 to 1863 (William C. Ketchum, Jr., Potters and Potteries of New York State, 1650-1900, p. 193). 
 
Very Good Condition. A minor nibble on the spout and base, and some staining from use.  No hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  
 
The only example of pottery by this duo I have ever seen.
