Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this fantastic 4 Gallon Crock made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Company, Fort Edward, N.Y."  
 
This company was in operation in Fort Edward, New York from 1859-1885.
 
This beauty features a Larger Size, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Bluebird on a Plume created with a Slip Cup.  The cobalt is bright and shiny.  Measure 11 1/2" tall and 11 3/4" wide across the top.
 
Very Good Condition.  Four 1/4" chips inside the rim, a 3/8" chip on top of the rim in the back, a stain above the right handle, and a 4" vertical hairline on the back bottom that wraps under 4" (closeup).  No base chips, cracks, or restoration.
