Circa 1900, it is stamped on the bottom, "Registered" and "Austria."
 
Proud face in full headdress.  Stands 3 1/4" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Small flakes: left eyebrow, nose, and front bottom left.  Typical manufacturing imperfections.
