Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made by "Hamilton and Jones, Greensboro, PA ." 
 
This is the work of Frank Hamilton and John Jones who worked in Greensboro, PA from 1865 to 1897 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 154-157). 
 
Circa 1880, this beauty features the Company Advertising with Floral Accents.  Stands 11 3/4" tall. 
 
Just purchased from a farmhouse in southern Ohio.  
 
Excellent Condition.  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A metal hinged rod from a lamp assembly inside.
