Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Cute Little 1/2 Gallon Jug made for "Gus Curry, 15 & 17 Broad St., Utica, N.Y." 
 
This jug was made for Curry by the Whites Pottery of Utica, New York.
 
Dating around 1880, this beauty features the Uncommon 1/2 Gallon Size and Three Lines of Advertising in Block Letters Around a Center Flower.  Stands just 9 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A pinhead-size nibble and 1/4" flake on the spout.  That's it!  No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Kiln touch on the front right in the making.
