Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Pitcher made and stamped by "F. H. Cowden, Harrisburg."
This is the mark of John Wallace Cowden who ran the company with this stamp from 1880-1888. (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 55-58)
This beauty features a Semi-Squared Rim, Tall Neck, Bulbous Base, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Stenciled Snowflake. Stands 10 3/4" tall.
