This the stamp of Nathan Clark who founded the Clark family pottery in Athens N.Y. in 1805. He partnered with Ethan S. Fox from 1829-1843 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 66).
This beauty features an Ovoid Form, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and a Large 1837 Date. Stands 13 3/4"
