Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Unusual 1 1/2 Gallon Stoneware Jug from the Northeast.
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Brushed Cobalt Branch with Two Leaves from which Dangles a Large Pear. Cannot say I have ever seen a jug like this. Stands 12 1/2" tall.
Excellent Condition. A 3/8" chip on the right side of the spot and a narrow 1/2" chip on the bow of the handle. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration. Some salt drips on the back in the making.
