Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Exquisite Flow Blue Spongeware Bowl.

 

You can see similar examples in Henry Kelley and Arnold and Dorothy Kowalsky, Spongeware 1835 to 1935, pp. 45, 85. 

 

Dating to the 19th century and coming from either Scotland or Holland, this beauty features Careful Cut Sponge Decoration of a Rose and Stem at the Bottom with Rose Leaves Dangling Down Inside from the Rim, and Blue Sponging on the Outside.  A flag pottery stamp on the bottom with the letters "bul" but I cannot read the rest.  Measures 2 1/4" tall and 3" wide across the top.

 

Exceptional Condition.  As made. No damage of any kind.
