Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Jug made and stamped by the "Brown Brothers, Huntington, L.I."
 
This is the work of George, Stephen, and Thomas Brown who worked together in pottery in Long Island from 1863 to 1905 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware , p. 64). 
 
This beauty features a Beehive Form, Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash on the Shoulder, and Three Brushed Cobalt Tulip Blossoms. Stands 12 1/4" tall
 
Very Good Condition. Some scattered light staining.  That's it!  No chips,  hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
