Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Crock made and stamped by the "Bangor Stoneware Co., Bangor, Maine." 
 
This company was founded by Anders Perrson in 1880 and ran until around 1918 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 38). 
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Folky Dotted Bird on a Branch Decoration.  Measures 10 3/4" tall and 11" wide across the top. 
 
Excellent Condition.  A 1/2" chip inside the rim and a minor nibble on the right handle.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
