Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 3 Gallon Crock made by "A. P Donaghho, Parkersburg, W. VA."
A. P. Donaghho made stoneware in Parkersburg from 1874-1900.
This beauty features an Uncommon Crock Form, Capacity Number in a Dotted Circle with "Wings" at the Top, a Fancy Tire Tread or Zipper Decoration made of teardrops, squares, and circles in the Middle, and the Company Advertising at the Bottom. Measures 11" tall and 10 3/4" wide across the top.
Very Good Condition with Restoration. Minor nibbles and a 1/2" chip inside the rim, some staining near the base, and competent restoration to the right handle (closeup). No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, or cracks.
