Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Cream Pot made by "A. Conrad, New Geneva, PA."

 

Alexander Conrad ran the pottery in New Geneva from 1870-1882 before moving to Shinnston, WV (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 164-65).

 

Dating to the 1870's, this beauty features a Thick Semi-Squared Rim and Three Lines of Advertising in Large Letters with a "Propellor" on Top and a Tulip Blossom on Each Side.   Measures 8 1/4" tall and 7 1/2" wide across the top.  

 

Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.
