Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Exquisitely Molded Tumbler made by the Whites of Utica, New York Pottery between 1890 and 1907 when Whites made its fabulous molded stoneware.
This beauty features Top and Bottom Smooth Borders with Finely Beaded Trim, Fancy Borders Defining the Middle with Two Drinking Elves Holding their Tankards and Dancing Among the Vines. Extremely fine and crisp mold lines. All the decoration is accented in cobalt. Stands 5" tall.
As you know, not a common form for Whites Pottery.
Exceptional Condition. As made. No damage of any kind. Three small adjacent glaze skips inside the rim in the making (inside picture at the bottom).
