This merchant pitcher is in the Scroll and Leaf Pattern.  This pattern was designed for promotionals like this one (Terry Taylor and Terry & Kay Lowrance, Collector's Encyclopedia of Salt Glaze Stoneware, p. 72). 
 
This beauty features Embossed Scrolls on the Top and Embossed Leaves on the Bottom,  Stenciled Advertising in the Middle, and Diffused Green Coloration.  Stands 6 1/2" to the top of the spout.
