This beauty features the Syrup Form with Pour Spout and the Company Advertising on the Front.  Stands 10 3/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Six small chips on the rim (1/8" to 1/4"), a couple 1/8" nibbles on the platform, a 1" chip on the underside, and some glaze crazing from age.
