Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Churn with Large Bird on a Branch.
 
It was made by the Fulper Pottery of Flemington, New Jersey (M. Lelyn Branin, The Early Makers of Handcrafted Earthenware and Stoneware in Central and Southern New Jersey, pp. 132-137).
 
This beauty features a Large Churn Form with a Huge Folky Bird on a Branch Decoration.  The decoration is comprised of just about the richest and shinest cobalt possible.  Stands 14 1/2" tall.   
 
Excellent Condition.  Some water glass staining inside and some very faint spots outside.  Otherwise, as made!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
