Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Cream Pot made and stamped by "Sipe, Nichols & Co., Williamsport, PA."
 
This is the stamp of William Sipe, Joe Nichols, and Abram Young who ran the pottery on Market Street from 1875-1879 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 62-63).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Brushed Cobalt Floral with Four Leaves and a Blossom with 7 Petals,.  The decoration fills the front with color and movement.  Measures 8 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition.  A 1/2" chip on the rim on the left side.  That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
