Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made and stamped by the "Ottman Bro's & Co., Fort Edward, N.Y."
This is the stamp of William and Gilbert Ottman who ran the company from 1872-1892 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware , p. 68).
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash on the Shoulder. Stands 10 1/4" tall.
Very Good Condition. Three 3/8" chips on the spout, and a y-shaped line on the bottom that is surface only. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
