Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 5 Gallon Double-Handled Jug made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Company, Fort Edward, N.Y."  
 
This company was in operation in Fort Edward, New York from 1859-1885.
 
This beauty features a Large Size, Double-Handles that are so Popular, the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and Brushed Cobalt Floral Across the Front.  Stands 18 1/2" tall
 
Excellent Condition.  A short 2" line on the back at the bottom that wraps under 1" (closeup 1).  That's it!  No spout or handle chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.  Flat chip on top of the spout in the making where it separated from the piece above (closeup 2).
