Made in the early 20th century, this beauty is a Realistic Eagle's Head Form with Yellow, Green, and Brown Glaze.  Measures 3" long, 2 3/4" wide, and 2 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Two small nibbles on the bottom of the left side (1/8: 3/16").
