Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this unusual 1 Gallon Jug made for "Golden Cake Color, A. A. Knights & Son, 87 Commercial St., Boston, Mass."  
 
Dating around 1900-1920, this beauty features a Brown Dipped Top and Four Lines of Stenciled Advertising in a Rectangular Frame. Don't you just love the phrase, "Golden Cake Color"!?  Would make a great conversation piece in a kitchen or business of a baker!  Stands 11 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Light glaze crazing of age.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
