Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 6 1/2" Sampler Jug that reads, "Hanlen Brothers, Wine and Liquor Merchants, Harrisburg, PA. Our Little Brown Jug Wishes You a Merry Christmas."
 
Dating around 1900-1920, this beauty was made as a sample of "Christmas Cheer" for advertising purposes. It features 5 lines of advertising and a garland of Christmas holly.  Stands 6 1/2" tall.
 
Exceptional Condition.  As made.  No damage of any kind.  Typical manufacturing imperfections.
