Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jar made and stamped by "Geo Miller, Strasburg, VA."
 
This is the work of George Miller who ran a pottery in Strasburg from 1881 to 1901 (H. E. Comstock, The Pottery of the Shenandoah Valley Region, pp. 440-441. 
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp and Four Brushed Cobalt Comma Vines from the Shoulder.  Stands 9 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Three minor 1/8" nibbles on the rim and a 1" chip on the bottom of the left side.  No inner rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
