Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this pretty 1 Gallon Stoneware Jar attributed to Virginia.
Dating around 1880, this beauty features a Carefully Tooled Rim designed to allow a covering to be tied over the top and 5 Freehand Cobalt Leaves Around the Middle. Stands 9 1/2" tall.
Excellent Condition. A 3/8" chip on the underside near the edge and some staining from use. That's it! No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
