Item 7334

Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this most unusual 1/2 Gallon Jar that I am attributing to Virginia.

Circa 1850, this beauty features a Tooled Rim and Shoulder and a Floral Garland that Wraps Around the Middle.  It is a unique design with elements of decoration from Rockhingham County and Alexandria Virginia pottery.  Stands 8 1/2" tall.

Excellent Condition.  Two 1/4" chips on the rim, one of which is a stone ping in the making.  That's it!  No inner rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
