Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this great 1 Gallon Stoneware Jug made and stamped by "F. T. Wright & Son, Taunton, Mass."
 
This is the mark of the Franklin T. Wright and his son who ran their pottery from 1866 to the 1870's (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 50).
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash and a Brushed Cobalt Stylized Floral.  Stands 11" tall.
 
Very Good Condition.  Two 1/4" chips on the left side of the spout, a narrow 1" chip on the bottom of the left side, and some surface wear from use.  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
