Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Jug made and stamped by "F. H. Cowden, Harrisburg." 
 
This is the mark of John Wallace Cowden who ran the company with this stamp from 1880-1888 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pp. 55-58)
 
This beauty features the Pottery Stamp with Cobalt Wash, and an Elaborate Stenciled Snowflake in Cobalt Blue. Stands 14" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some light staining near the base.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
