Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Stoneware Tapioca Canister with Lid stamped on the front bottom, "Bourne Denby." Bourne pottery worked in England in Derbyshire from the 1850's to the early 1900's. 
 
Circa 1900, this beauty features the Label Situated on an Embossed White Banner.  Comes with the Original Lid.  Stands 5 1/2" tall.  
 
Very Good Condition.  The base has a 1/4" flake on the rim on the right side and a faint Y on the underside that shows 2" inside.  No inner rim or base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration. The lid is as made.
