Coming to you from Doc's Crocks are these 4 Pieces of Contemporary Stoneware for 1 Money.
From left to right, these include:
A mug made and signed on the bottom by Phil Shaltenbrand. The front features a brushed cobalt floral in the southwestern Pennsylvania tradition. The back features the imprinted mark of the Westerwald Pottery started by Phil in 1975 and his S monogram impressed at the base. Stands 6" tall. [unfortunately covid took Phil from us]
A half gallon jug made and stamped on the shoulder by the "Clinton China, Clinton, IL." It features a folk art stencil with 3 tulips, a heart, and two birds. Stands 8 3/4" tall.
A light green pitcher with floral. Stands 5" tall.
A mug from the Beaumont pottery incised "SF" with a Cross on the Bottom. It is made to look like a 19th century mug from the Shenfelder Pottery of Reading, Pennsylvania. Stands 4 1/8" tall.
All four pieces are mint.
