  • Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 4 Gallon Jar with Freehand Decoration.

The decoration indicates to me that it is from Eastern Pennsylvania, but I cannot ID the maker.

This beauty features a Tulip Garden with Ground Cover, and Two Tulips Growing from It, Each with 6-8 Leaves and a Blossom with 8 Petals.  A large freehand capacity number and cobalt accents on the handle terminals complete the decoration.  Stands 14 3/4" tall.

Very Good Condition.  A 3/4" chip inside the handle on the right side, a small glaze rub on the right side of the right flower, and a very tight 4" hairline on the right side at the bottom that wraps under 4" (closeup).  No rim or base chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
