Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1/2 Gallon Decorated Jar from Baltimore, Maryland.  
 
Circa 1870, this beauty features a Slightly Ovoid Jar with Tooled Rim and Bright Brushed Cobalt Comma Vining around the Shoulder.  Vivid contrast between the light gray glaze and the bright cobalt decoration.  Stands 8 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition. A couple minor nibbles on the bottom edge, and a narrow 3/4" chip on the underside at the edge. No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
