Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 1/2 Gallon Semi-Ovoid Jar from Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Circa 1850, this beauty features a Semi-Ovoid Form, Squared Rim, Applied Handles with Cobalt at the Handle Terminals, and a Bold Brushed Cobalt Double Floral on Each Side.  The florals have 10 leaves and two blossoms each.  Stands 11" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Two small chips inside the rim (3/16"), a chip on one handle (3/8") and two on the other (3/4", 1"), and three small chips on the base edge (1/4", 3/8").  No outer rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
