Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Uncommon Jug made by "The Canton Pottery Co., Canton, Ohio."  
 
I have worked in Canton and lived it the area buying stoneware for 33 years and have never heard of this pottery or seen an example of its work.  I can find no historical records for it either.  
 
This beauty features a Cone-Shaped Top with a Rectangular Label on a Cream-Colored Glaze.  Stands 11 1/4" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A single 1/8" nibble inside the spout and a 1/2" chip on the underside near the edge.  No outer spout chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
