  • Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful Blue and White Diffused Blue Pitcher.


    It is discussed in Taylor and Lowrance, Collector's Encyclopedia of Salt Glaze Stoneware, p. 68. 


    Dating to the early 20th century, this beauty sports Diffused Blue on the Top and Bottom Border moving to white in the middle.  Measures 6 3/4" tall.


    Excellent Condition.  A 3/8" chip on the base of the footer.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A couple 3/16" glaze skips in the making.
