Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Jug made for the merchant, "Arthur M. Eastman, Manchester, N.H."

The decoration makes it certain that the jug was made by Frank Norton and Frederick Hancock who operated the pottery in Worcester, Massachusetts from 1858-1877 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, pp. 52-53).

This beauty features the Merchant Advertising and a Norton Stylized Floral Bouquet in Bright and Shiny Cobalt.  Stands 11 1/2" tall.
