Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Bowl made and stamped by "A. L. Hyssong, Bloomsburg, PA."  
 
This is the work of Austin Hyssong who made stoneware in Bloomsburg using this stamp from 1891 to 1914 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, p. 32). 
 
This beauty features a Rounded Rim and Sides, Albany Slip Glaze, and Pottery Stamp.  Measures 5" tall and 10 1/2" wide across the top.
 
Excellent Condition.  Some short utensil marks inside near the bottom.  That's it!  No chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restorationl  Some very small stone pings inside in the making.
