Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this 1 Gallon Jar made by "Williams & Reppert, Greensboro, PA."
 
This is the work of William Williams and Thomas Reppert who worked together from 1880-1884 and again after 1890 (Phil Shaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners , pp 157-58).
 
This beauty features the Company Advertising with Center Floral.  A rare feature is the string of initials "T. F. RE" at the base that stand for T. F. Reppert who is one of the partners.  Why did Reppert or an associate deem it necessary to identify this jar as from Reppert and not Williams???  Stands 10" tall. 
 
Very Good Condition.  A 1/2" chip on the left side near the base and some staining and wear to the surface.  No rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.  A drying line inside from the rim that shows outside 1/2" at the rim in the making (closeup).
