Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 1 1/2 Gallon Stoneware Jar from Beaver, Pennsylvania.
 
Circa 1860, this beauty features a Tooled Rim with Interior Lid Seating Edge, and a Brushed Cobalt Garland with Three Cobalt Tulips Cascading Across the Front.  Great size and more than usual decoration for a jar this size.  Stands 10 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Two small chips inside the rim (1/8", 3/8"), and some light staining from use.  That's it!  No outer rim or base chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration.
