Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this Uncommon Blue on Blue Spongeware Pitcher.  
 
Circa 1900, this beauty features Finely Tooled Rippled Top and Bottom Borders and a Light Blue Background with Darker Blue Sponging in a Quasi-Chainlink Pattern.  Stands 9" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  A narrow 1/2" chip on the base.  That's it!  No rim chips, hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.  A 3/8" glazed chip inside the rim, and a partial stone ping on one side (closeup)-- both in the making.
