Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this spectacular Blue and White Spongeware Pillbox Cuspidor, Spittoon.
 
Dating to the late 19th century, this beauty features an uncommon Pillbox Form with Striped Rim and Careful, Geometric Sponging in Dark Cobalt.  Does not get much better than this!  Measures 5" tall and 8" wide across the top.  
 
Excellent Condition.  Two very faint 1" lines form the center opening (closeup).  You will have to really look to see them.  That's it!  No chips, cracks, stains, or restoration.
