Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Jug made for the merchant, "Leonard Keek & Bros., Greensburgh, PA."
 
This jug was made in SW Pennsylvania- probably Greensboro.
 
Dating around 1880, this beauty features a Wavy Stripe at the Top and a Straight Stripe at the Bottom that Frame Four 4 Lines of Stenciled Advertising and the Capacity Number Framed by Flower Blossoms.  The stenciling is complete and crisp.  Stands 13 1/2" tall.
 
Excellent Condition.  Two chips on the spout (5/8", 3/4") and a chip on the bottom edge (1/2").  No hairlines, cracks, stains, or restoration.
